Wood Structure Features

• Lumber is air-dried for five to six months to eliminate shrinkage, warping, and checking.

Stain

stain is a premium grade stain made with only high quality ingredients, including automotive-grade pigments and exotic color-fast dyes. It has been time tested for durability, high build, beautiful luster, heat and humidity resistance, and protection from harmful elements to ensure its beauty will last for many years.

Heavy Duty Structure

wood structures are built to last. The sturdy wood railing connects to the 4′ × 4′ wood post, which in turn fastens to the floor joists with stainless steel screws to create a heavy duty, rigid structure. Wood corner braces are used for added strength and support.

Steel Roof

Our craftsmen never cut corners, and nowhere is that more evident than our metal roofing. No screws mar the ridge-cap surface, and we use extra material to cover the gap at each corner.

30-Year Dimensional Shingles

Our 30-year dimensional shingles with dual-layered construction provide extra protection from the elements.

Cedar Sheathing

Stainless Steel Fasteners

All products are assembled with stainless steel hardware for optimum durability. Stainless steel is corrosion and stain resistant, which ensures its brilliant shine will last for years to come with very little maintenance.
